| 摘 要： | 把肉瘤180细胞接种在小鼠大腿外侧肌肉内,6天后,在肿瘤内不同方向注射以NaCl为主要成分的高渗溶液。注射后2h肿瘤细胞皱缩,瘤细胞间出现大的间隙;6h后瘤细胞明显皱缩,胞核固缩,出现明显坏死.淤滞性充血及出血;24h后肿瘤细胞大片坏死,仅有个别瘤细胞灶残留。

| Abstract: | Sarcoma 180 cells were inoculated in the latral group of muscles thigh in mouse. At the 6th day, hyperosmotic solution which mainly contained NaCl was injected in different directions into the tumor of each mouse in the treated group. At the end of the 2nd hour after injection,cells of the tumor shrank and large spaces appeared between cells. At of the end the 6th hour, obvious shrinkage of tumor cells, pyknosis of nuclei, venous congestion, hemorrhage and necrosis were observed. At the end of the 24th hour, there were large areas of tumor cell necrosis,only individual tumor cell-foci still existed. the percentage of necrotic area was much higher than that in the control group ( p<0.01 ) . |
