肌腱松解术治疗手部肌腱粘连的疗效分析

目的 探讨肌腱修复后肌腱粘连松解术的疗效。方法 对粘连的肌腱行松解手术，术后配合积极的主动屈指功能训练及系列的康复治疗。结果 经过6个月至4年的随访，疗效按TAM评定标准评定，31条伸肌腱松解术后优良率为58．1％，56条屈指肌腱松解术后优良率为55．3％。结论 肌腱松解术中彻底松解粘连组织。术后进行系统的正规的康复治疗，有助于功能的恢复。

Curative analysis of tenolysis after tendon adhesion in hand

Objective To investigate the curative effect of tenolysis after tendonous repair. Methods After applying tenolysis to adhesive tendon, we associated with active digitorum flexor training and systematic recovery therapy. Results According to standard TAM evalution system, the postoperative excellent ratio of 31 extensor tenolysis and 56 flexor tenolysis were 58.1% and 55.3% respectively through follow-up study ranged from 6 months to 4 years. Conclusions Intraoperative tenolysis can completely release adhesive tissue. And the systematic regular recovery treatment postoperatively will do good to functional rehabilitation.
