| 摘 要： | 【目的】观察后循环缺血（PCI）患者血管结构异常的全脑数字减影血管造影术（DSA）表现。【方法】对两年来收治的32例PCI患者行DSA检查，并进行综合分析。【结果132例患者PCI患者中，共有血管异常25例（78．12％），其中单纯前循环3倒（9．37％），单纯后循环14例（43．75％），先后循环同时受累的8例（25％）。造影未见血管结构异常7例（21．88％）。【结论】后循环血管异常是PCI的主要血管性病因，前循环病变也可引起PCI。

| Abstract: | Objective] To investigate the manifestation of digital subtraction angiography（DSA） of posterior circulation ischemia （PCI）. Methods]The DSA results of 32 PCI patients during 2 years were analyzed synthetically. Results]Among 32 patients, 25 cases （78. 12%） had the vascular structural abnormalities in which 3 cases （9.37%） had anterior vascular structural abnormalities, 14 cases （43.75%） had posterior vascular structural abnormalities, and 8 eases （25%） had both abnormalities. Conclusion]Posterior vascular structural abnormalities are the primary pathogenesis of PCI, and anterior vascular structural abnormalities can also result in PCL |
