32例双侧先天性上斜肌麻痹的临床分析

目的：了解先天性上斜肌麻痹的临床特征。方法：对32例双侧先天性上斜肌麻痹进行临床分析。结果：①26例（81.3%)伴有垂直斜视，6例（18.7%)无垂直斜视，有垂直斜视者中12例（46.2%)伴有交替上斜视；②32例伴有V-型斜视；③32例双侧Bielschowsky征阳性；④32例均有不同程度的下斜肌功能亢进及上斜肌功能不足。结论：当临床上患者有交替上斜视、伴有V-型斜视、及下斜肌功能亢进及上斜股功能不足、双侧Bielschowsky征阳性时，应诊断双侧先天性上斜肌麻痹。

Clinical analysis of 32cases of bilateral congenital superior oblique palsies

Objective：To determine the clinical features of bilateralcongenital superior obilque palsies．Methods：Histories of 32 patients with bilateral congenital oblique palsies were analysed．Results：①26（81.3％）patients were associated with vertical squint，6（18.7％）patients with no vertical squint；of those with vertical squint，12（46.2％）patients were associated with alternating hyperdeviations；②All 32 patients had V patterng squint ③All patients presented bilateral positive Bielschowsky sign．④All 32 patients had different degree inferior oblique overaction and superior oblique underaction．Conclusion：When patient presents with alternating hyperdeviations，V pattern squint bilateral positive Bielschowsky sign，inferior oblique overaction and superior oblique underaction，diagnosis of bilateral congenital superior oblique palsies can be made．
