80例代谢综合征合并脑卒中患者同型半胱氨酸及纤溶酶原激活物抑制物-1检测分析

摘    要:目的研究同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)和纤溶酶原激活物抑制物-1(PAI-1)与代谢综合征合并脑卒中的关系。方法用HITACH17600—020生化分析仪对80例代谢综合征合并脑卒中患者和50例健康对照者血液中Hcy、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、脂蛋白a(LPa)、三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)等指标进行检测。结果代谢综合征合并脑卒中组的血浆Hcy、PAI-1、LPa、TG、LDL水平明显高于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01);TC代谢综合征合并脑卒中组与健康对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。两组收缩压、舒张压差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论Hcy和PAI-1检测在代谢综合征合并脑卒中患者中有重要意义。

Abstract:Objective To study the relationship of homocystein and PAI-1 examination with the merge apoplexy of the patients with metabolism synthesis draft. Methods The serum indexes of Hcy,LDL, LPa,TG and TC etc. of 80 cases of the patients with metabolism synthesis drafts and 50 cases of normal persons were examined by HITACHI7600-020 biochemistry analysis instrument. Results The level of all the indexes of Hcy, LDL, LPa, TG and TC in the patients with metabolism synthesis drafts are obviously higher than those of the control group, and the remarkable difference has statistical significance (P〈0.01); compared the TC level of the patients with metabolism synthesis drafts with that of the control group, the difference has statistical significance (P〈0.05). The systolic pressure and diastolic pressure of the two groups show significant difference (P〈0.05). Conclusion It is of vital importance to apply the bomocystein and PAI-1 examination in the the patients with drafts apoplexy.
