伤椎椎弓根钉固定在胸腰椎骨折中的应用

目的探讨后路伤椎椎弓根钉固定治疗胸腰椎骨折的疗效。方法应用伤椎椎弓根钉固定治疗胸腰椎骨折患者26例。结果患者均获随访,时间3～31（22±5.2）个月,骨折愈合时间2.2～3.8（2.8±0.4）个月。骨折椎体复位好,胸腰椎间融合好,Cobb角无明显改变,无发生侧方移位。结论伤椎椎弓根钉固定治疗胸腰椎骨折具有固定可靠,易于维持椎体高度及避免侧方移位的优点。

Treatment for thoracolumbar spinal fracture with the injured vertebra fixation by pedicle screw

Objective To explore surgical treatment for thoracolumbar spinal fracture with the injured vertebra fixation by pedicle screw.Methods 26 cases of thoracolumbar fractures were treated with the injured vertebra fixation by pedicle screw.Results All the patients were followed up for 331 months （average 22±5.2 months）.The months of union of fracture was 2.2～3.8 months （average 2.8±0.4 months）. The height of fractured vertebral body was restored,and the fusion of the thoracolumbar fracture was attained.The Cobb angle did not lose obviously and the vertebra did not shift in the side.Conclusions The technique of treatment for thoracolumbar spinal fracture with the injured vertebra fixation by pedicle screw has advantages of easy maintaining the high of the injured vertebra and avoiding the vertebra shifting in the side.
