玻璃体切割治疗外伤性晶体后脱位继发性青光眼

目的：探讨外伤性晶体后脱位继发性青光眼的手术方法选择。方法：采用睫状体扁平部玻璃体切除术切除部位的晶体。结果：12例由于外伤性晶体后脱位继发性青光眼经玻璃体晶体切除后，眼压得到控制，视力均有不同程度的提高。结论：外伤性晶体后脱位，易引起继发性青光眼或晶体源性眼内容炎等并发症，应早期及时除晶体，能保留部分视力，采用玻璃体切割手术及应用重水辅助技术，能够达到取出晶体和降低眼压的目的，是较为理想的方法。

Treatment seconday glaucoma after traumatic lens dislocation with vitrectomy

Objective:To explore the surgical methods in eyes with secondary glaucoma after traumatic lens dislocation.Methods:All patients with dislocated-lens underwent pars plana vitrectomy.Results:12 patients with secondary glaucoma after traumatic lens dislocation underwent vitrectomy,postoperatively,the LOP of patients was decreased and the visual acuity was improved.Conclusion:Traumatic lens dislocation can result in secondary glaucoma or endophthalmitis,so we should extract dislocated-lens as soon as possible.This technique with vitrectomy and perfluorocarbon liquids is ideal method,it can extract dislocated-lens and decrease introacular pressure.
