正负压疗法治疗分泌性中耳炎136例疗效分析

目的观察应用鼓膜穿刺抽液、鼓室加压注药和负压吸引方法治疗分泌性中耳炎的疗效。方法总结分析我科1999年1月～2004年9月经鼓膜穿刺、鼓室加压注药和负压吸引方法治疗分泌性中耳炎136例(168耳)。结果治愈129耳(76.8%),有效30耳(17.9%),无效9例(5.3%),总有效率94.7%。结论鼓膜穿刺抽液、鼓室加压注药和负压吸引疗法是一种治疗分泌性中耳炎的有效方法。

The analysis on clinical curative effect of using positiye and negative pressure therapy for 136 cases of secretary otitis media

0bjective Observing the curative effect of using treatment methods;such as tympanic membrane puncture,pressure infusion in tympanic cavity and negative pressure suction for secretary otitis media.Methods Summarizing andmalyzing 136 cases(168 ears)of secretary otitis media that were treated in between January 1999 and September 2004 inOur section office by methods such as puncture and fluid-pull out of tympanic membrane,positive pressure infusionin tympanic cavity.Results The clinical effective percentage was 94.7%in treatment group,and he cure rate was 76.8%(129/168),the effective power was 17.9%(30/168),and 9 ears were ineffective(relapse).Conclusions tympanicmembrane puncture,positive pressure infusion in tympanic cavity and negative pressure suction are effective therapiesfor secretary otitis media,and therefore is worth for clinically generalizing.
