摘    要:本文采用放射免疫测定法、研究磁场作用下雄性大鼠体内两种促性腺激素—FSH及ICSH水平的变化、以求探明磁场对垂体及生殖系统的生物学效应。结果表明:在旋磁作用下(表面静磁场为2000GS),雄性大鼠体内这两种激素的水平无明显改变,这为磁疗在临床使用上的安全性提供了一个理论根据。

Abstract:In this paper,radioimmunoassay was applied to study the changes in level of the two gonadotrophic hormones (FSH and ICSH) in male rats under the action of magnetic field,so as to survey its biological effect on pituitary and reproductive system. The result showed that under the action of rotating magnetic field, no change in level occurred in either of these hormones (the strength ,of the surface static magnetic fields being 2,000 G.S.). This provides a theoretical basis for the safe usage of magnetic treatment in clinics.
