中西医结合治疗痉挛型小儿脑瘫120例疗效观察

目的观察中西医结合治疗痉挛型小儿脑瘫的临床疗效。方法将120例脑瘫患儿随机分为2组。对照组50例予常规西医综合疗法,治疗组70例在对照组的基础上给予中药口服、穴位按摩和隔药灸法等中医疗法。2组均3个疗程后统计疗效。观察2组临床疗效及年龄与总有效率的相关性。结果2组疗效比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,治疗组疗效优于对照组;而且2组患儿的总有效率与患儿年龄呈负相关（P〈0.01）,患儿年龄越小,疗效越好。结论中西医结合疗法治疗痉挛型小儿脑瘫疗效确切,患儿年龄越小,疗效越好,应及早治疗。

Observation of combination of TCM with Western medicine on child spastic cerebral palsy

Objective To observe the effect of combination of TCM with Western medicine on child spastic cerebral palsy. Methods 120 patients with child spastic cerebral palsy were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in control group （ n = 50） were treated by routine western medicine. Patients in treatment group （ n = 70 ） were treated by combination of routine therapy, traditional Chinese herb, point massage and isolation medicine moxibustion. The effect was evaluated after three courses. The relationship between clinical effect, age and the total effective rate were observed. Results There was obvious difference between two groups on effect （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There was a negative correlation between the total effective rate and age of children paient. The younger the better the effect. Conclusion Combination of TCM with Western medicine has definite effect on the treatment of child spastic cerebral palsy.
