| 摘 要： | 对豚鼠骨髓细胞和全血短期培养法制备染色体标本.对218个细胞的分析,豚鼠染色体数2n=64.选择分散良好,着色清晰,长度适中的20个中期细胞的染色体进行测量,然后对G—带清晰的20个细胞进行了综合分析,绘制了G—带模式图.分析了部分细胞的23号染色体的多态性.对结果进行了初步分析.

| Abstract: | Method for chromosome prepration of bone marrow cells and short term cultured lymphocytes from Guinea Pig was slightly improved, in order to prepare good chromosomal samples.The analyses of 218 mitotic plates showed that the diploid chromosome number was 64.20 mitosis were used for measurement of each chromosome, other 20 metaphase cells were used for G-banding, while the banding patterns of each chromosome were also analysed and idiogramed. Consequently polymorphism of No.23 chromosome in mitosis were analysed. The results were briefly discussed. |
