克氏针固定治疗儿童股骨颈骨折

目的:探讨儿童股骨颈骨折的手术治疗方法及其疗效.方法:儿童股骨颈骨折14例:Garden Ⅰ-Ⅱ型2例,Ⅲ型10例;Ⅳ型2例.C型臂X光监视下闭合复位经皮克氏针内固定12例,2例开放复位后克氏针内固定.结果:随访2～5年,平均2.2年,全部骨折愈合.13例功能良好,1例1年2个月后出现股骨头坏死.结论:无移位和经闭合复位的儿童股骨颈骨折首选克氏针内固定.多针内固定不仅简单、经济,而且固定可靠,对骨骺损伤小.

Application of percutaneous kirschner wire in the internal fixation of pediiatric femoral neck fracture

Objective To investigate the different surgical methods for the treatment and the therapeutic effect of pediatric femoral neck fracture. Methods Of 14 pediatric femoral neck fracture cases (2 cases of Garden I--II type ,10 cases of Garden III type, 2 cases of Garden IV type) the closed reduction and Kirschner wire was percutaneous introduced after the location confirmed by X-ray for 12 year cases, while the open reduction,Kirschner used for 2cases. Results All cases were followed for 2 to 5 years (Average: 2.2 years). 1 case developed avascular necrosis after 14 months follow-up. The rest cases were cured. Conclusion Kirschner wire fixation is the first choice for pediatric femoral neck fracture.
