| 摘 要： | 目的检测冠心病合并心力衰竭患者血中超敏C反应蛋白（hsCRP）、脂蛋白aLp（a）]及脂联素（APN）的浓度并探讨其临床意义。方法用悬浮芯片技术集成检测76例冠心病合并心力衰竭患者hsCRP、Lp（a）及APN的浓度，并与30例单纯冠心病患者及35例正常人进行对照。结果冠心病合并心力衰竭患者hsCRP、Lp（a）较单纯冠心病患者及对照组增高（P均〈0．01），且心功能分级越高其值越高；APN较单纯冠心病患者增高（P〈0．01），其值高低与心力衰竭严重程度呈正相关，但与正常对照组相比差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论心功能可能影响冠心病患者hsCRP、Lp（a）、APN水平，且与心功能分级呈正相关，联合检测三者可以用来评估心功能情况。
