太原市中小学生10年间机能发育状况分析

摘    要:目的了解1995~2005年太原市中小学生机能发育状况及变化趋势,以便更好地改善学生生长发育状况,为促进青少年健康成长提供依据。方法以1995年和2005年太原市体质健康调研数据为资料,选择血压、肺活量两项机能指标及肺活量体重指数和肺活量胸围指数两项派生指标进行统计分析。结果10年来太原市学生机能指标中低血压有所下降,肺活量、肺活量体重指数与肺活量胸围脂数明显下降,存在着显著差异。城市学生心肺功能发育优于乡村学生。结论心肺功能2005年较1995年下降明显,太原市学生体育锻炼及劳动等活动明显不足,应合理安排体育活动,加强体育锻炼。

Abstract:Objective To understand the status and trend of growth and development of primary and middle school students of Taiyuan City from 1995 to 2005,in order to provide the basis for making a policy to improve their healthy growth.Methods The data of the physical health examination in primary and middle school students of Taiyuan City from 1995 to 2005 were collected and analyzed,and the blood pressure and vital capacity were selected as two function indicators,and vital capacity weight index and vital capacity chest measurement index were also selected as sub-indicators.Results The blood pressure has been reduced,and the vital capacity,vital capacity weight index and vital capacity chest measurement have been decreased significantly,compared with these indexes of 10 years ago,and there was a significant difference.In addition,the function of the heart and lung in urban students was better than that in rural students.Conclusions The function of the heart and lung of primary and middle school students of Taiyuan City declines in 2005 compared with that in 1995,so the physical exercise and activities should be strengthened.
