母乳抑菌作用初步研究

目的 :研究母乳的抑菌作用。方法 :于产妇产后 6个月内收集乳汁 ,培养受试细菌及真菌 ,铺制成一层含菌浓度为 0 0 0 1%的琼脂平板 ,利用平板扩散法检测各乳样的抑菌作用。检出的各敏感菌株培养后分别用无菌生理盐水调制成 1× 10 6个 /mL的菌悬液 ,取 10 μL该菌液与 2 0 μL乳样及 70 μL生理盐水混均后置于 37℃培养。每间隔 30min取样品 5 μL平板计数后制抑菌曲线。 结果 :人初乳对多种革兰阳性及阴性细菌都具有一定的抑菌作用 ,对肠道常见致病菌的抑制作用较强 ,对白色念珠菌未显示抑制作用 ,成熟乳抑菌作用不明显。结论 :母乳具有抑菌作用

The Bactericidal Activity of Human Milk

Objective: To study the bactericidal activity of human milk.Methods: Some milk samples were collected from living-in women. 11 strains of bacterium and 1 fungus were detected whether sensitive or not to those milk samples using by agar diffusion test. The cells of those strains that showed sensitive on the plate were collected respectively from their cultures and mixed with human colostrums, normal milk or of liquid medium at the final concentration of 1×10~6cells /mL. The growth curves at the temperature of 37℃ were drawn using by viable counting method. Results:It was indicated that human colostrums had obvious bactericidal activity on several Gram stain positive and negative bacterium that could cause diarrhoea, and normal milk showed weak activity on Salmonella typhi with H antigen and dysentery bacterium. Conclusion: Human milk has the bactericidal activity.
