| 摘 要： | 目的:观察中药熏洗配合西医治疗糖尿病足的临床疗效。方法:将糖尿病足患者按随机化原则分为中药熏洗组(下简称中药组)和对照组各32例。中药组在对照组基础上加用中药熏洗,观察两组患者治疗前后临床症状、神经传导速度、血液流变学指标及血小板聚集率等指标。结果:中药组治疗后症状、神经传导速度等较对照组均有明显改善(P0.01);血液流变学指标及血小板聚集率改善优与对照组(P0.01或P0.05)。结论:中药熏洗配合西医治疗糖尿病足有良好的疗效。

Clinical efficacy of treating diabetic foot with herbal fumigation plus modern medicine |

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effect of treating diabetic foot with herbal fumigation plus modern medicine.Methods:The diabetic foot patients randomized basis and divided into herbal fumigation group(hereinafter referred to as TCM group) and control group,32 each.TCM group was added in the control group on the basis of herbal fumigation,to obsere the clinical symptoms in the two groups of patients before and after treatment,nerve conduction velocity,hemorheology and platelet aggregation rate and other indicators.Results:After treatment,the TCM group symptoms,and nerve conduction velocity compared with the control group,they are significantly improved(P<0.01);hemorheology and platelet aggregation rate to improve the excellent with the control group(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion:Treating diabetic foot with herbal fumigation plus modern medicine has a good effect. |
