| 摘 要： | 目的:观察逍遥丸联合干扰素-a治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效。方法:根据病毒性肝炎诊断标准选择初诊慢性乙型肝炎患者,血清学检查符合干扰素-a用药指征,治疗组给予逍遥丸联合干扰素-a,对照组单用干扰素-a,疗程均为48周。结果:治疗组可以较快改善症状、体征、肝脏炎症(P0.05)、降低病毒载量(P0.05)。结论:逍遥丸联合干扰素-a治疗慢性乙型肝炎患者具有较好的临床疗效,优于单用干扰素-a,可改善临床症状,提高临床疗效,并可减轻干扰素-a的副作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the clinical effect of treating chronic hepatitis B with Xiaoyao pills plus interferon-a.Methods:Viral hepatitis diagnostic criteria for selection of newly diagnosed patients with chronic hepatitis B serological tests in line with interferon-a drug indication,the treatment group was treated with the Xiaoyao pills plus interferon-a,and the control group alone was given interferon-a for treatment,48 weeks as a course.Results:The treatment group can rapidly improve the symptoms,signs,inflammation of the liver(P<0.05),lower viral load(P<0.05).Conclusion:Treating chronic hepatitis B with Xiaoyao pills plus interferon-a has better clinical efficacy superior to interferon-a,can improve clinical symptoms,improve clinical outcomes and reduce the side effects of interferon-a. |
