| 摘 要： | 目的:观察痤疮合剂联合颠倒散洗剂治疗寻常性痤疮的疗效。方法:治疗组:口服痤疮合剂,外用颠倒散洗剂;对照组:口服盐酸多西环素片,外用复方氯霉素酊。结果:治疗组总有效率为86.25%,对照组总有效率为72.50%,两组比较(P0.05),说明两组之间的差异有统计学意义。结论:痤疮合剂联合颠倒散洗剂治疗寻常性痤疮安全、有效,适合于临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the clinical effects of acne mixture plus Diandao San lotion in treating acne vulgaris.Methods:The treatment group:Oral acne mixture,topical Diandao San lotion;the control group:Oral doxycycline tablets,topical chloramphenicol compound tincture.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.25%,and of the control group was 72.50%,compared the total effective rates of the two groups(P<0.05),there was significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion:Acne mixture plus Diandao San lotion in treating acne vulgaris safely,effectively,suitable for clinical application. |
