汉至宋代半夏炮制的沿革研究

摘    要:通过查阅历代医药学文献,对有毒中药半夏自汉代以来至宋代的炮制方法,发展脉胳进行分析和研究,提出半夏的汤洗、姜制一直是各个历史时期的基本炮制方法,其他的炮制方法均是在此基础上发展演变而来,姜制半夏是半夏炮制历史上的一大进步。

Abstract:This paper presents analysis and discussion on the evolution of the processing methods of the poisonous Chinese medicine Rhizoma Pinelliae from the Han to the Song Dynasties, based on medical literature in various dynasties. The author puts forward that decoction and ginger preparation of the medicine have been the main processing methods in all historical periods, and other methods were further development of the two basic ones. Ginger prepared Rhizoma Pinelliae was a great step forward in the history of Rhizoma Pinelliae processing.
