医源性周围神经损伤分析

目的:对医源性周围神经损伤进行分析,以引起手术医生高度重视.方法:39例医源性周围神经损伤中,神经离断伤27例,神经捆扎伤5例,神经牵拉伤7例.对所有患者发生医源性神经损伤的原因、部位及治疗方法进行介绍.结果:3例桡神经牵拉伤经针灸等治疗功能恢复,4例桡神经损伤采用腕伸指伸功能重建术,余32例医源性周围神经损伤经显微外科方法修复,优良率达87%.结论:对医源性周围神经损伤应高度重视,正确使用止血带,熟悉解剖,杜绝粗暴手术,一旦发生应当积极采取各种措施补救,尤应尽早采用显微外科技术修复.

Analysis of iatrogenic peripheral nerve injury

Objective:To analyze the reason of iatrogenic peripheral nerve injury in order to arouse high attention of surgical doctors.Methods:Reason,position and therapeutic methods of iatrogenic peripheral nerve injury in the 39 cases were introduced and analyzed.Among them,nerve of 27 csaes were be cut,5 cases were be blocken and 7 cases were be dragged.Results:Three patients with iatrogenic peripheral nerve injury through traditional treatment obtained functional recover.Wrist and finger extension functional rehabilitation were used in 4 cases.Microsurgical technique were used in 32 cases,and the rate of excellent and good was 87%.Conclusion:Surgical doctors must be familiar with dissection,using tourniquet correctly,avoiding rude operation.We would actively adopt various remedies if iatrogenic peripheral nerve injury ~had been occurred.
