八年制临床医学本科生变态反应学试题正确率的影响因素

摘    要:目的分析2019年及2020年八年制临床医学本科生变态反应学考卷数据,为变态反应学教学改革方案的制订提供适宜的切入点和参考依据。方法计算每道试题的正确率,同时评估记录试题的性质内容:考查知识点个数、知识点类型、考核的具体内容。其后分别分析答题正确率与该题目各项性质内容的相关性,以及正确率与课堂满意度的相关性。结果试题的正确率与其考查的知识点个数呈反比(相关系数-0.511),记忆型考题的正确率高于应用型考题,发病原因类考题的正确率高于诊断类,诊断类题目的正确率又有高于治疗类的趋势。正确率与课堂满意度无关。分多次进行的随堂考试和最后一次完成的结课考试相比,后者学生回答双知识点或应用型试题的正确率更高。结论八年制临床医学本科生基础概念掌握良好,当堂记忆力强,但仍需要补充临床实习及病例讨论的实践类课程,以提高学生综合应用多个知识点、解决临床诊疗问题的能力。

Abstract:Objective To provide appropriate contact point and reference frame for developing programme of educational reform,basing on analysis of data from examination papers of allergology courses finished by undergraduates of eight-year clinical medicine program in 2019 and 2020.Methods The accuracy rate of each question was calculated,while indicators and contents of the examination questions were evaluated,including number and type of knowledge points and specific contents of examination.Then the correlations between the accuracy rates and the indicators and contents and the correlation between the accuracy rates and satisfaction of instruction were analyzed.Results The accuracy rate of examination question was inversely correlated with the number of contained knowledge points(correlation coefficient:-0.511).The accuracy rates of memory type examination questions were higher than that of applied type questions.Higher accuracy rates were achieved in the examination questions related to pathogenesis than those related to diagnosis,while the accuracy rates of examination questions related treatment had a tendency to be lower than those related to diagnosis.There was no correlation between the accuracy rate and satisfaction of instruction.Comparison between the quizzes in class and the final exam,the later showed higher accuracy rates for the examination questions which contained two knowledge points or applied type questions.Conclusions The mastery of basic concept was very good among undergraduates of eight-year clinical medicine program,who showed very good memory in class.But it is imperative to supplement clinical practice in out-patient clinic and case reports in Allergology courses,in order to improve their ability to solve complex clinical problems by integrated application of diverse knowledge points.
