从脾论治类风湿性关节炎疗效分析

目的:观察从脾论治类风湿性关节炎的疗效。方法:将80例患者按随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组采用甲氨蝶呤联合来氟米特治疗。观察组从脾论治,加用健脾除湿汤。治疗6个月。观察临床疗效、晨僵时间、疼痛评分、关节肿胀评分、血沉(ESR)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、类风湿因子(RF)。结果:观察组总有效率为95.00%(38/40),高于对照组的80.00%(32/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组晨僵时间、疼痛评分、关节肿胀评分均优于治疗前,观察组优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组ESR、CRP、RF较治疗前均有改善,观察组改善优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:从脾论治类风湿性关节炎,能提高单纯西药治疗效果,改善症状和实验室指标,值得推广。

Therapeutic effect analysis of treating rheumatoid arthritis from spleen theory

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of treating rheumatoid arthritis from spleen theory.Methods:80 patients were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with methotrexate combined with leflunomide.The observation group was treated from the spleen with Jianpi Chushi decoction.Treatment lasted for 6 months.Clinical efficacy,morning stiffness time,pain score,joint swelling score,ESR,CRP and RF were observed.Result:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.00%(38/40)higher than that Which was 80.00%(32/40)of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,morning stiffness time,pain score and joint swelling score of the two groups were better than those before treatment,while those of the observation group were better than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);ESR,CRP and RF of the two groups were all better than those before treatment(P<0.05).The improvement in the observation group was better than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Treating rheumatoid arthritis from the spleen theory can improve the effect of simple western medicine treatment,improve symptoms and laboratory indicators,and is worth promoting.Therapeutic effect analysis of inflammation.
