寻常型银屑病与血脂代谢异常相关性分析

目的通过分析相关临床资料,探讨寻常型银屑病患者伴血脂代谢异常之间的相关性。方法收集2017年12月至2018年5月在我院门诊及住院治疗的143例寻常型银屑病患者作为观察组,选取同期健康体检的人员143例作为对照组。收集两组人员的一般资料,检测血脂指标、炎性指数。结果观察组体重指数(BMI)、中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比值(NLR)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)高于对照组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 NLR水平可反映寻常型银屑病的炎症程度,患者肥胖、脂代谢紊乱、炎症程度与寻常型银屑病密切相关。

Clinical analysis of psoriasis vulgaris patients with lipid metabolic disorders

Objective To investigate the relationship of lipid profile levels of blood with psoriasis vulgaris, by analyzing relevant clinical data. Methods143 patients with psoriasis vulgaris in our hospital during December 2017 and May 2018 were collected as the observation group and 143 healthy patients who underwent physical examination during the same time were selected as the control group. General information of the two groups were collected, and detected the indicators of blood lipid and inflammatory index. Results In observation group, levels of body mass index(BMI), neutrophil/lymphocyte ratio(NLR), triglyceride(TG), total cholesterol(TC) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) were significantly higher than those in the control group, while high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) level was significantly lower than those in control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion The level of NLR can reflect the inflammation degree of psoriasis vulgaris. Psoriasis vulgaris is closely correlated with obesity, lipid disorders, inflammation level.
