| 摘 要： | 目的制订肝得治片的质量控制方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定：C18柱（5μm,4.6×250mm）;乙腈-0.4%磷酸溶液（25：75）为流动相;检测波长为280nm。结果黄芩苷在0.1352-1.3520μg间线性关系良好,r=0.9999;回收率为97.03%,RSD=1.63%。结论本方法重现性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

| Abstract: | 【Objective】 development of the liver was the quality control of film treatment.【Methods】 HPLC： C18 column（5μm,4.6 × 250mm）;acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric acid（25：75） as mobile phase;detection wavelength of 280nm.【Results】 baicalin in the 0.1352-1.3520μg linear relationship between good,r = 0.9999;recovery was 97.03%,RSD = 1.63%.【Conclusion】 The reproducibility of this method can be used for the preparation of quality control. |
