腹腔镜胆囊切除术胆道损伤的诊治体会

目的分析腹腔镜胆囊切除术胆道损伤的原因及治疗方法,总结防治胆道损伤的经验。方法回顾性分析我院2005年1月～2010年6月收治的13例腹腔镜胆囊切除术胆道损伤患者的临床资料。结果迷走胆管损伤6例,胆总管损伤4例,肝总管损伤2例,右肝管损伤1例。治愈12例,死亡1例。术中中转开腹6例,术后再次手术2例。结论及时发现和正确的处理是治疗的关键,规范的术中操作可以有效的减少胆道损伤的发生。

Experience of diagnosis and treatment on bile duct injury in laparoscopic cholecystectomy in 13 cases

【Objective】 To analyze the cause,prognosis and treatment methods of bile duct injury in laparoscopic cholecystectomy,and provide the experience to prevent injury of bile duct.【Methods】 A retrospective analysis was carried out to analyze the clinical data of 13 cases with bile duct injury during laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital from January 2005 to June 2010.【Results】 aberrant bile duct injury 6 cases,Common bile injury 4 cases,common hepatic duct injury 2 cases,right hepatic duct injury 1 cases.【Conclusion】 The key of treatment is discovering on time and dealing with properly,strictly and canonically operating can decrease accident of bile duct injury effectively.
