| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨老年糖尿病合并肝脓肿的临床特点及治疗方法.方法 回顾性分析老年糖尿病合并肝脓肿病例30例临床资料,分析并对比穿刺抽吸(16例)及引流(14例)两种治疗疗效、住院时间.结果 老年糖尿病合并肝脓肿引流组较抽吸组治愈成功率高,且平均住院天数缩短,差异有显著性(P＜0.05).结论 对于老年糖尿病合并肝脓肿患者,在加...

| Abstract: | 【Objective】 To investigate the clinic and therapy effectiveness on bacterial liver abscess with diabetic mellitus in the older.【Methods】 The medical records of 30 patients with bacterial liver abscess with diabetic mellitus in the older.Patients receiving percutaneous treatment including needle aspiration group（n=16） and percutaneous catheter drainage group（n=14） were compared,including rates of treatment succession,the length of hospital stay.【Results】 There was statistically significant difference in successful rate and shortage hospital stay between two groups.【Conclusion】 Catheter drainage is more effective than needle aspiration in the management of bacterial liver abscess with diabetic mellitus in the older. |
