关节镜有限清理治疗膝骨性关节炎的疗效分析

摘    要:目的探讨膝关节镜下有限清理联合玻璃酸钠注射治疗膝骨性关节炎的方法和疗效。方法从本院2007-2011年间诊治的膝骨关节炎的患者中选取病人48例,将关节镜有限清理手术和非手术随机应用于就诊的病人。结果所有患者均获随访,采用Lysholm膝关节评分,两组术前分组无统计学差异性(P〉0.05),两组治疗后效果维持时间关节镜手术组3.6±0.06年,非手术组为1.1±0.14年,两组差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。不同治疗方式的两组总有效率分别为88.5%及45.5%,两组差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论选择关节镜下有限清理配合玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射,术后结合膝关节功能锻炼是比较好的选择。

Abstract:【Objective】 To explore the limited clean-up arthroscopic treatment of knee joint injection of sodium hyaluronate in osteoarthritis of the method and effect.【Methods】 From our hospital between 2003-2011 diagnosis and treatment of patients with knee osteoarthritis patients selected 48 cases,the limited clean-up arthroscopic surgery and non-surgical treatment of patients randomLy applied.【Results】 All patients were followed up by Lysholm knee score,both groups before and no significant group differences(p0.05),two hours after the treatment effect of arthroscopic surgery to maintain group 3.6 ± 0.06 years,the non-surgical group 1.1 ± 0.14 years,the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05).Different forms of treatment The total effective rate were 88.5% and 45.5%,the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05).【Conclusion】 The clean-up with limited options arthroscopic intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate,with knee joint function after exercise is a better choice.
