69例食管癌X线诊断分析

目的讨论食管X线气钡双重对比造影在食管癌检查中的应用价值。方法随机选择三年来在我院经病理确诊的食管癌患者69例X线钡餐影像资料,进行回顾性诊断分析。结果食管中上段病变15例,中段38例,下段16例。癌灶长度〈1cm8例,1-3cm51例,〉3cm10例。髓质型25例,蕈伞型17例,硬化型12例、溃疡型15例。与正常图片比较,X线钡透下病变：充盈缺损31例,管腔狭窄17例,龛影10例,黏膜皱襞改变11例。结论应用食管X线气钡双重对比造影,能够在疾病早期既能发现食管黏膜层的变化,同时还是诊断食管癌术后常规及有效的检查方法。

69 cases of X-ray diagnosis of esophageal cancer

【Objective】 Purpose Discussion of esophageal double contrast barium X-ray contrast examination in the application of the value of esophageal cancer.【Methods】 Randomly selected three years in our hospital diagnosed 69 patients with esophageal cancer barium meal X-ray image data,a retrospective diagnosis.【Results】 Lesions in the upper esophagus in 15 cases,middle in 38 cases,lower in 16 patients.Foci length 1cm8 patients,1-3cm51 example, 3cm10 cases.Medullary in 25 cases,fungating 17 cases,sclerosis in 12 cases,ulcer type in 15 cases.Compared with the normal picture,X-ray barium through the following lesions： filling defect in 31 cases,stenosis in 17 cases,Kanying 10 cases,mucosal folds change in 11 cases.【Conclusion】 Application of esophageal double contrast barium X-ray imaging,both can be found early in the disease changes in esophageal mucosa,esophageal cancer is also diagnosed after routine and effective screening method.
