影像学新技术诊断肝脏常见弥漫性疾病

摘    要:目的总结影像学(超声、CT、MRI)新技术在常见弥漫性肝病中的表现。方法收集国内外相关文献,总结影像学新技术在常见弥漫性肝病中的应用及研究进展。结果超声造影及CT灌注不仅较好的反映弥漫性肝病的形态变化,还可显示生理功能的改变,磁共振波谱分析(magnetic resonance spectroscopy,MRS)能从分子水平来反映肝细胞的代谢情况,超声和MRI的弹性成像使影像触诊成为了可能,从而为这类疾病的诊疗评估提供了定性和定量的信息。结论影像学新技术在常见弥漫性肝病的诊断及严重程度评价中具有重要意义及良好的应用前景。

Abstract:【Objective】 To summarize the manifestation of new imaging techniques(ultrasonography,CT and MRI) on common diffuse liver diseases.【Methods】 By literature review,the application and recent advances of new imaging techniques in diffuse liver diseases were summarized.【Results】 CEUS and CTP could reflect morphology changes of diffuse liver diseases,and change of physiological function could be demonstrated well,MRS could be reflect cellular metabolic activity of the liver from molecular level,Ultrasonic Elastography and Magnetic Resonance Elastography make palpation imaging come ture,which provided qualitative and quantitative information for the diagnosis and evaluation of therapeutic effect on diffuse liver diseases.【Conclusion】 New imaging techniques had practical value and good application prospects in both the diagnosis and severity assessment of common diffuse liver disease.
