两种方法治疗重度外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的疗效比较

目的探讨克霉唑阴道片联合氟康唑治疗重度外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的效果。方法将208例重度外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的患者,随机分成氟康唑组和克霉唑阴道片＋氟康唑治疗组（联合组）,观察两组总有效率及复发率。结果联合组总有效率在治疗后7～14d和28～35d均高于氟康唑组,而复发率低于氟康唑组,结果在统计学上有显著差异（P〈0.05）。结论克霉唑阴道片联合氟康唑可较好的提高治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的疗效,减少复发,是值得推荐的一种治疗方法。

Comparing the Heavy Vulvovaginal Candidiasis' s Curative Effect with Two Methods Treatment

【Objective】 Discussion the grammildew vagina piece add fiuorine Kang Zuo treatment the heavy vulvovaginal candidiasis？s curative effect.【Methods】 208 patients with the heavy vulvovaginal candidiasis are divided into fiuorine Kang Zuo group and the grammildew vagina piece add fiuorine Kang Zuo group（union group）.Observe the healing rate and the recurrence rate.【Results】 the union group total effective rate is higher than the fiuorine Kang Zuo group after 7~14 days and 28~35 days,and the recurrence rate is lower than the fiuorine Kang Zuo group.the results have the remarkable difference in statistics（P0.01）.【Conclusion】 the grammildew vagina piece daa fiuorine Kang Zuo can improve the vulvovaginal candidiasis ？s curative effect,decrease the recurrence,is worth being recommended.
