子午流注纳甲法治疗脑卒中后睡眠倒错的临床观察

目的:观察运用子午流注纳甲法取穴针刺治疗脑卒中后睡眠倒错的临床疗效.方法:将40例脑卒中后睡眠倒错的患者随机分为子午流注治疗组和常规针刺对照组,每组20例,治疗组运用子午流注纳甲法取穴进行针刺；对照组选用照海、申脉、神门、印堂、四神聪、安眠穴常规针刺.两组同时选取辨证配穴.每组每日治疗1次,共治疗20天.结果:治疗后两组的阿森斯( AIS)量表评分、神经功能缺损(NIHSS)评分及睡眠率改善程度的改变均有显著性差异(P＜0.05),治疗组疗效高于对照组.结论:运用子午流注纳甲法取穴进行针刺治疗能明显改善脑卒中伴睡眠倒错患者的睡眠质量,促进神经功能的康复.

Clinicail Observation on Patients with Post-Apoplexy Insomina-Somnolence Irregular Syndrome with the Treatment of Acupuncturing Points According to the Method of Lingers in the Heliospheric

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of acupuncture treatment by choosing acupuncture points according to the method of lingers in the heliospheric on patients who suffer from post-apoplexy insomnia-somnolence irregular syndrome.Methods:40 cases of standard paitents were randomly divided into two groups,20 cases were treated through acupuncture treatment by choosing acupuncture points according to the method of lingers in the heliospheric(treatment group),another 20 cases were treated by tradtional acupuncture(control group).In the meantime,all the patients were selected with dialectical points.Every patient was treated once a day,20 times in total.Results:After 20 times of treatment,the changes of AIS,NIHSS and the improvement of sleep rate all have significant differences(P<0.05) between the two groups,and the treatment group curative effect was higher than those in the control group.Conclusion:The acupuncture treatment by choosing acupuncture points according to the method of lingers in the heliospheric can improve sleep quality of patients suffering from post-apoplexy insomnia-somnolence irregular syndrome obviously and promote neural function recovery.
