H-ficolin与丙型肝炎发展的相关性

目的 探讨补体凝集素H-ficolin表达与丙型肝炎病毒(hepatitis C virus,HCV)病毒感染及肝病病程发展的相关性.方法 采用酶联免疫吸附实验(ELISA)检测丙肝、肝硬化、肝癌患者血清中H-ficolin的表达水平,并用免疫组化检测正常肝组织、肝硬化组织、肝癌组织中H-ficolin的表达.结果 丙肝患者血清中H-ficolin表达高于健康对照者,而肝硬化、肝癌患者血清H-ficolin水平低于健康对照者;正常肝细胞高表达H-ficolin,当肝细胞硬化甚至癌变后,则H-ficolin表达下降或不表达.结论 H-ficolin表达与丙型肝炎病程迁延,肝细胞发生硬化或癌变,具有一定相关性.

Relationship between H-ficolin and HCV Infection in the Course of Liver Disease

Objective To explore the relationship between the expression of H-ficolin and HCV infection in the course of liver disease.Methods Serum H-ficolin levels were determined by using enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)in patients with HCV infection,liver cirrhosis and liver cancer.H-ficolin was also detected by using immunohistochemistry in HCV infection,liver cirrhosis and liver cancer tissues.Results Serum H-ficolin levels were higher in HCV infection patients than in healthy controls,while lower in liver cirrhosis and liver cancer patients than in healthy controls.H-ficolin was also highly expressed in liver cells,but weakly expressed in the cells of liver cirrhosis and liver cancer.Conclusion H-ficolin plays an important role in HCV infection and the course of liver disease.
