| 摘 要： | 目的:观察西药加穴位埋线治疗外伤后癫痫的疗效.方法:将40例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各20例,对照组给予得理多治疗,治疗组给予得理多配合颅痫宁加穴位埋线治疗,疗程为8周.结果:治疗组显效12例,有效6例,无效2例,总有效率90.00％；对照组显效7例,有效8例,无效5例,总有75.00％.两组总有效率比较,差异有显著性意义(P＜0.05).结论:中西医结合治疗外伤后癫痫疗效优于单一西药治疗.

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effect of Tegretol and Luxianning combined with acupoint catgut embedding therapy on posttraumatic epilepsy.Methods:40 patients were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group and control group,20 patients in each group.Control group was treated with Tegretol,and treatment group was treated with Tegretol and Luxianning combined with acupoint catgut embedding therapy.They were treated for eight weeks.Results:Compared with pretreatment,the total effective rate of treatment group was 90.00%,and the control group was 75.00%.This trial showed there was a statistically significant difference between them in the effect(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combined treatment of TCM and Western medicine is superior to the treatment of Western medicine. |
