| 摘 要： | 本文回顾性分析了38例经手术病理证实的膀胱癌,超声共检出40个肿瘤,准确率为92%, 假阴性7.8%.超声见瘤体附着处壁无改变者,病变仅浸润粘膜层;壁局部增厚及回声增强者,均有肌层浸润.超声诊断膀胱癌的准确性仅次于膀胱镜,明显优于静脉肾盂造影.

| Abstract: | This paper retrospectively analysed 38 cases bladder cancer that opesraion and pathology confirmed. Ultrasonography setected40 tumors. The Ultrasonic acuracy was 92%, the false negative was 7. 8%,Ultrasonography detected cases that the wall was normal in tumor fundi, the tumor only intruded into the wall was normal in tumor fundi. the tumor only intruded into the mucosa lamina. The cases of the walllocal echo enhance and thickness intruded into muscle lamina. The accuracy of ultra-sonograply only corned next bladder cystoscope. but itwas remarkably superior to IVP. |
