南海区九江镇常住与流动人口出生缺陷分析

目的分析佛山市南海区九江镇出生缺陷发生情况,并探讨常住与流动人口育龄妇女出生缺陷的异同。方法对2007年1月至2010年12月出生的5551例围产儿进行回顾性分析,并对常住和流动人口育龄妇女的出生缺陷进行对比分析。结果出生缺陷儿168例,出生缺陷发生率为30.265‰,新生儿死亡率3.42‰,出生缺陷儿死亡率22.62‰,占围产儿死亡的26.32%;位于前五位的先天畸形依次为：多指（趾）、先天性心脏病、总唇裂、血管瘤、外耳其它畸形;常住和流动人口产妇年龄段分布构成比比较差异有显著性意义（χ2=59.9423,P〈0.01）,常住人口产妇年龄比流动人口产妇年龄明显老龄化,常住人口育龄妇女的出生缺陷率亦明显高于流动人口（χ2=5.3589,P〈0.05）。结论常住人口产妇高龄化是出生缺陷发生率高的主要因素,积极关注高龄产妇的优生优育健康教育和加强围产期保健与产前诊断,是降低出生缺陷的关键。
