| 摘 要： | 目的观察大头艾纳香提取液对小白鼠离体子宫收缩功能的影响。方法以生理盐水组作对照,采用离体器官灌流的方法,予小白鼠离体子宫分别滴加生理盐水、不同浓度大头艾纳香提取液(1g/ml、2g/ml、3g/ml、4g/ml)各0.2ml,观察小白鼠离体子宫收缩活动曲线下面积的变化。结果滴加生理盐水后对离体子宫收缩活动曲线下面积的影响不显著,而滴加不同浓度的大头艾纳香提取液后,离体子宫收缩曲线下面积均下降(P<0.01)。但大头艾纳香提取液浓度在1~4g/ml范围内,没有量效关系(P>0.05)。结论大头艾纳香对离体子宫收缩活动具有抑制作用。 |
