| 摘 要： | 目的探究恩替卡韦治疗乙型肝炎失代偿期肝硬化的疗效情况。方法对本院肝胆外科收治的乙型肝炎肝硬化患者随机分成实验组和对照组,对照组采用常规保肝护肝等常规治疗,实验组在保肝护肝治疗的基础上采用恩替卡韦片治疗。结果两组患者治疗后其ALB、ALT、TBiL、PTA、Child-Pugh积分、HBV DNA等指标均明显优于治疗前（P〈0.05）;实验组治疗后上述指标以及疗效评价要明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论对乙型肝炎肝硬化采取恩替卡韦进行治疗提高善患者的生存质量,改善患者的预后。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of entecavir in the treatment of decompensated hepatitis B patients with cirrhosis.
