| 摘 要： | 目的探讨甲状腺癌复发的原因和手术治疗的效果。方法对2002年1月至2008年1月间我院收治的34例复发性甲状腺癌患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 31例患者行复发癌灶局部广泛切除术后辅以放疗,术后3年存活率为90.3%（28/31）,3例为未分化型癌采用单纯放化疗治疗,半年内相继死亡,患者总生存率为82.4%（28/34）。结论复发性甲状腺癌仍以手术治疗为主,治疗预后效果较好。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the factors of thyroid carcinoma recidivating and the effect of surgical treatment. Methods The clinical data of 34 cases of patients with recurrent thyroid carcinoma by surgical treatment in our hospital from Jan 2002 to Jan 2008 were analyzed retrospectively.
