替吉奥单药同步放疗治疗老年中晚期宫颈癌的疗效分析

目的探讨替吉奥（S-1）单药同步放化疗治疗老年中晚期宫颈癌的近期疗效、5年生存率及毒副反应。方法 36例59岁以上老年中晚期宫颈癌患者根据入选标准随机分组,18例进入放疗＋替吉奥单药化疗组（综合组）,18例进入单纯放疗组（单放组）。综合组在放疗开始即给予替吉奥单药化疗（40mg口服,bid,连续3周,休息1周后再重复1周期）。单放组行单纯根治性放疗。结果综合组近期有效率88.8%,单放组有效率72.2%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。毒副反应综合组发生率稍高于单放组,但两者差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论以替吉奧单药同步放疗治疗老年中晚期宫颈癌的近期疗效和局部控制率较好,能提高远期生存期,虽毒性反应增加,但能耐受。
