中山市四种IUD随机对比多中心前瞻性研究

目的探讨中山市四种不同宫内节育器（IUD）的临床效果及副反应。方法将在中山市两个服务中心和江门市服务中心放置IUD的妇女分为A组、B组、C组和D组,A组接受TCu200C IUD,B组接受元宫药铜220 IUD,C组接受GT300 IUD,D组接受活性γ-IUD,随访观察临床效果及副反应。结果 12个月时D组妇女妊娠率、脱落率、因症取出率明显低于A、B、C组,分别比较两者差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。12个月时D组妇女IUD续用率明显高于A、B、C组,比较两组差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。6个月及12个月时D组经量增多、经期延长、出血及疼痛发生率均明显低于A、B、C组,两者分别比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论活性γ-IUD的临床效果较好,副反应少,值得应用。

Multicentre Prospective Contrast Studies on Clinical Application of Four Kinds of Intrauterine Devices in Zhongshan

Objective To investigate the effect and subsidiary reaction of clinical application about four kinds of intrauterine devices. Methods Woman receiving the IUD at 3 inservice centers in Zhongshan were divided into group A, group B, group C and group D. Group A received the Tcu200C IUD, Group B received the copper-bearing indomethacin-releasing 220IUC, Group C received the GT300 IUD, and group D received the active γ-intrauterine device. The effects and subsidiary reactions were followed-up. Results The pregnancy rate, expulsion rate and taking out rate in group D after 12 months were fewer than those in other groups, and there were significant difference between them （P 0.05）. The continuation rate in the group d after 12 months was higher than that in other groups, and there were significant difference between them （P 0.05）. The rate of more menstrual blood volume, menostaxis, hemorrhage and pain in group D in 6 months and 12 months were fewer than those in other groups, and there were significant difference between them （P 0.05）. Conclusion The effect of active γ-intrauterine device is obvious and subsidiary reaction is fewer, which are worthy of application.
