| 摘 要： | 目的探讨全程护理对尿道下裂成形术治疗效果的影响。方法选择2009年1月至2010年12月我院收治的240例先天性尿道下裂行尿道成形术治疗的患儿随机分为对照组和观察组,每组120例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上,采用全程护理模式,比较两组患儿术后治疗效果及并发症发生率。结果观察组患儿术后疼痛程度低于对照组,术后24h、72h观察组Th1百分比高于对照组,Th2低于对照组,12个月内观察组尿道再狭窄发生率低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论全程护理模式可减轻患儿疼痛程度,提高机体免疫力,减少术后并发症的发生。
