| 摘 要： | 目的探讨氟康唑和达克宁栓联合治疗复发性阴道炎的临床效果。方法将我院复发性阴道炎患者60例随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予达克宁栓治疗,观察组给予氟康唑和达克宁栓联合治疗,评估两者治疗效果及安全性。结果治疗后观察组患者疼痛、白带增多、黏膜充血及涂片阳性者明显少于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组总有效率为96.67%,对照组为66.67%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组均无明显的治疗副反应产生。结论氟康唑和达克宁栓联合治疗复发性阴道炎的临床效果明确,安全性高,值得应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of fluconazole conbined with gyno-daktarinin in the treatment of recurrence vaginitis.
