腹部外伤手术后并发胃瘫6例分析

目的 探讨腹部外伤手术后胃瘫综合征（PGS）的发生原因、诊断及治疗。方法 回顾性分析1995年9月-2006年8月815例上腹部外伤手术后出现PGS的6例患者的临床资料。结果 本组PGS发生率0．74％，一般发生于术名6-0d，均经非手术治愈，15d恢复1例，16d恢复2例，18d恢复1例，24d恢复1例，27d恢复1例。结论 PGS的发生是由多种因素诱发，上消化道造影及胃镜检查是诊断PGS的可靠方法，采用非手术疗法包括心理治疗、营养支持、适当应用胃动力药物等，避免手术治疗。

The Analysis of 6 Postsurgieal Gastroparesis Syndrome After the Abdominal Injury.

Objective To inquires the happening reason, diagnosis and the treatment of the PGS after the abdominal injury. Methods Look back to analyze 6 patients in 815 patients whom were operated in abdomen from September 1995 to August 2005. Results The happening rate was 0.74%, it was usually happened in 6 to l0 days after the operation, and they were all cured by nonsurgical methods, one case were cured in the 15 days,and 2 cases were cured in the 16 days, 1 were cured in 18 days,1 were cured in 24 days,1 were cured in the 27 days. Conclusion PGS can be induced by different kinds of reasons, the X rays of upper digested system and gastro scope were the truly methods of the diagnose of PGS, non-surgical methods ,including psychological treatment, nutrition supporting and drugs which can promote stomach movement are the good methods to cure PGS, surgical methods should be avoided.
