经外周置入中心静脉导管后患者心理健康状况及相关因素的调查

目的 探讨PICC置管后患者心理健康状况及影响因素.方法 采用SCL-90对136例PICC置管后患者进行心理测评,并对影响因素进行统计学分析.结果 PICC置管后患者SCL-90的总分和各因子分显著高于国内常模（P＜0.05,P＜0.01）,影响心理健康的主要因素有患者的经济状况、医疗费用支付方式、患者置管次数及对PICC置管的了解程度等.结论 PICC置管后患者的心理健康状况明显低于一般人群,作为护理工作者,我们在PICC置管前后,应重视患者的心理健康状况和需求,给予他们更多的关心、理解、支持并进行针对性的心理疏导与干预.

Survey on psychological health status of patients and its related factors after PICC application

Objective To analyze mental health status of the patients after PICC application and its influencing factors. Methods 136 cases of patients with PICC catheter were performed psychological evaluation with SCL-90 after PICC application, and statistical analysis on the affecting factors were also included. Results Total scores of SCL-90 and scores of each factor of patients after PICC application were significantly higher than the national norm (P ＜0. 05, P ＜0. 01 respectively), the main factors affecting mental health are patients' economic conditions,ways of medical payment, frequency of PICC, knowledge of PICC and so on. Conclusions Patients' mental healthafter PICC application was significantly lower than that of the general population. Therefore, nurses should pay more attention to patients' mental health status around PICC catheter application, and give them more care,understanding, support, psychological counseling and intervention.
