| 摘 要： | 选择素(selectin)是血管黏附分子大家族中的一类成员,根据表达部位不同可分为3类:E-selectin,L-selectin,P-selectin。选择素参与介导脑缺血再灌注损伤中的炎症反应,导致缺血区脑组织损伤。本文就选择素的分子结构和对脑缺血再灌注损伤的作用研究现状进行探讨。

| Abstract: | Selectin is a member of vascular adhesive molecular family. According to different expression position,three kinds of selectins have been identified:E-,L- and P-selectin. Selectin can mediate the inflammation reaction in the cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury,and induce cerebral injury of the ischemia region. The molecular structure and the role of the selectin in the cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury were discussed in this report. |
