| 摘 要： | <正> “微核测定”是属细胞遗传学检测体系,被认为是染色体结构异常的快速测定方法。日前,“微核测定”开始用于肿瘤临床,探讨微核效应与肿瘤的关系。本文报道100例食管癌患者淋巴细胞微核出现率,并对其作了初步观察。

Survey of Micronuclei of Peripheral Lymphocytes in Cases with Esophageal Cancer |

| Abstract: | Chromosome aberration is related to susceptibility of malignant tumors. Micronuclei Test isa quick method for detction of chromosome aberration. This article gives the resuits of micronuclei rate of peripheral lymphocytes among 100 cases with esophageal cancer and 100 controls in Shanxi Province detected by a modified methylcellulose M20 method. The micronuclei rate of esophageal cancer averages 10.29％, and that of contro12.95％. The value of T of the two groups is 9.41. P value is smaller than 0.01. Furthermore, the results were discussed briefly. |
