| 摘 要： | 目的：分析不同部位脑卒中后的筹划执行功能状况。方法 采用视觉匹配与推理测验，词汇提取测验和读数测验评定脑实质内有单一卒中病灶的113例患者和25例正常对照组老人。结果 视觉匹配与推理测验与读数测验在所有脑卒中组别中均有显著损害，在各脑卒中组之间无显著差别，词汇提取测验以丘脑左侧组成绩最差，明显低于其他部位的脑卒中组。结论 筹划执行功能缺损在脑卒中患者中损害较严重但缺乏部位特异性，词汇提取测验不同于典型的筹划执行功能测验，应归为言语长时记忆测验。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze executive function impairment after stroke of with differ lesions. Method Executive function was examined in 25 normal elderly and 113 patients for acute cerebrovascular disease with solitary lesions to be localized using cranial CT or MRI. Neuropsychological evaluation contained verbal fluency test (controlled oral word association test),digits reading (Stroop phenomenon) and visual matching and reasoning.Result Digits reading test and visual matching and reasoning test were damaged most frequently in patients with vary stroke lesions compared with control subjects?Left thalamus play a important role in verbal fluency test.Conclusion Test findings suggest that it is significant to some extent for comprehensively understanding executive function impairment after human cerebrovascular disease. |
