| 摘 要： | 目的:观察针刀中药康复综合治疗膝关节外伤性滑膜炎的疗效。方法:将124例膝关节外伤性滑膜炎患者按就诊先后顺序随机分为观察组和对照组,所有病例在卧床休息、加压抽液注药的基础上,观察组采用针刀、中药、康复综合疗法治疗,对照组采用中药治疗,观察两组患者临床第1疗程、第2疗程疗效及第2疗程治愈患者两年后的复发情况。结果:经过两个疗程的治疗,第1疗程结束两组治疗结果无差异;两种疗法第2疗程治疗后,治疗效果有差异,观察组近期疗效优于对照组;两疗程治愈病人两年后随访复发情况两组进行卡方检验(P0.01),说明两年后复发率观察组明显低于对照组,观察组远期疗效明显优于对照组。结论:针刀中药康复综合治疗膝关节外伤性滑膜炎能显著改善滑膜的通透性,恢复膝关节的生物力学平衡。
