| 摘 要： | 目的评价DR胸片与低剂量螺旋CT扫描在肺癌筛选中的应用价值。方法对280例肺癌高危患者进行胸部DR及低剂量螺旋CT扫描。分别统计出DR胸片检出率及低剂量螺旋CT检出率。两者作相关性对比分析。结幕DR胸片检出结节性病变20例（7．1％），其中肺癌2例；低剂量螺旋CT检出结节性病变45例（16．1％），其中肺癌4例。结论低剂量螺旋CT筛选可明显提高对肺内非钙化小结节及支气管病变的检出率，对肺癌的诊断有一定的应用价值。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To assess the value of direct digital radiography low-dose spiral CT chest scanning for screening of lung cancer. Methods 280 of high risk participants all underwent direct digital radiography and low-dose CT examination of the chest. Compared the detected nodules on low-close spiral CT with chest DR.
