| 摘 要： | 目的回顾性总结50例23G+25G微创玻璃体手术的护理配合要点及手术特点,以提高护理配合质量。方法对2008年11月至2009年2月收治的50例玻璃体视网膜患者施行23G+25G微创玻璃体手术,并对配合过程进行总结分析。结果50例手术均在护士及时有效的手术配合护理下顺利完成,手术效果满意。结论术前熟悉手术器械、手术步骤,对患者有效的心理护理,术后器械的维养等为微创玻璃体手术的成功提供了有效保证。
